The History In 1957 Nando Scarpa and his wife Germana opened a restaurant in an old restored building in the heart of Aosta. Their son Corrado begun to help them since the age of fourteen, gathering experience in the dining room as well as in the kitchen. Friulian tripe, Piedmontese bollito, Valdotainian cold cuts and cheeses were the most appreciated dishes by the Aostan customers. Some years later, Corrado and his wife Franca decided to run a more exclusive restaurant, in order to offer top quality in food and service. In 2007 their wish came true for a new adventure to begin.
